Jelly Mobile Detailing

Service Terms & Policies

These terms explain what customers can expect when booking or authorizing services with Jelly Mobile Detailing and what we ask from customers so each appointment can be completed safely and efficiently.

Effective September 30, 2026
By booking an appointment, approving an estimate, authorizing work, or accepting service from Jelly Mobile Detailing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Service Terms & Policies. Certain commercial, fleet, aircraft, marine, RV, paint-correction, or ceramic-coating services may also require a separate written agreement or authorization.

1. Services & Estimates

Jelly Mobile Detailing provides mobile detailing and related appearance services for automobiles, RVs and motorhomes, boats and watercraft, aircraft, and approved commercial accounts.

Prices shown online are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, contamination, access, requested services, time required, and other job-specific factors.

Services listed on the website are not intended to represent every request we may consider. Customers are encouraged to contact Jelly Mobile Detailing if they need something that is not specifically listed.

2. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Heavy soil, pet hair, sand, mud, excessive debris, bodily fluids, smoke residue, severe staining, oxidation, overspray, adhesive, unusual contamination, neglected interiors, or other conditions requiring additional time or materials may result in an additional charge.

Whenever reasonably possible, Jelly Mobile Detailing will communicate condition-based pricing before performing work beyond the originally requested service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Before service, customers are responsible for:

  • Removing valuables, important documents, medications, firearms, and personal items that should not be handled.
  • Disclosing known damage, loose trim, aftermarket equipment, electrical problems, leaks, malfunctioning components, or other conditions that could affect the service.
  • Providing legal and reasonably safe access to the vehicle or property.
  • Making sure the vehicle can be unlocked, moved, started, or idled when required for the scheduled work.
  • Providing access to power or water when the agreed service requires customer-provided utilities.
  • Obtaining any property, marina, airport, hangar, HOA, employer, or facility permission required for mobile service at the location.

4. Fragile, Worn & Previously Damaged Components

Age, wear, heat, UV exposure, previous repairs, poor installation, chemical damage, and material deterioration can make vehicle components fragile even when the condition is not obvious before cleaning.

Examples include infotainment screens, piano-black trim, buttons and switches, gauge-cluster plastics, leather, vinyl, suede, Alcantara, headliners, vents, louvers, clips, trim, coatings, decals, aftermarket electronics, and under-seat wiring.

Jelly Mobile Detailing will use reasonable care but is not responsible for failure or deterioration caused primarily by a pre-existing condition, defective component, improper prior repair or installation, ordinary wear, or material weakness that could not reasonably be identified before service.

5. Paint, Stains, Odors & Result Limitations

Detailing can significantly improve appearance, but not every defect can be safely or completely removed.

  • Some scratches may be too deep for safe correction.
  • Some stains may be permanent or may reappear after drying.
  • Odors can originate beneath carpet, inside ventilation systems, or within materials that cannot be fully accessed.
  • Etching, oxidation, clear-coat failure, corrosion, fading, cracking, and previous paint or body repairs may limit the achievable result.

No specific level of stain, odor, scratch, oxidation, or defect removal is guaranteed unless stated in writing.

6. Paint Correction & Ceramic Coatings

Paint correction and ceramic coating services require inspection and may require a separate estimate or authorization.

Customers understand that paint correction removes or levels a limited amount of clear coat and that not every defect can be safely corrected. Ceramic coatings require proper curing and aftercare. Exposure to water, chemicals, washing, weather, or contamination during the cure period can affect performance.

Any coating warranty or manufacturer-specific requirement applies only when expressly provided in writing and when required maintenance and aftercare have been followed.

7. Engine Bays, Electronics & Aftermarket Equipment

Engine-bay detailing and work around electronics, wiring, sensors, aftermarket accessories, wraps, tint, protective film, specialty finishes, or modified components involves additional risk.

Customers must disclose known issues before service. Jelly Mobile Detailing may decline or limit work where a component appears unsafe, improperly installed, damaged, or unusually sensitive.

8. Weather, Location & Safety

Because Jelly Mobile Detailing is mobile, weather and site conditions can affect service. Appointments may be delayed, relocated, rescheduled, shortened, or cancelled when conditions make the work unsafe or likely to compromise the result.

Jelly Mobile Detailing may refuse or stop service because of unsafe weather, unsafe property conditions, inadequate access, aggressive or threatening behavior, undisclosed hazards, prohibited locations, or other conditions that create unreasonable risk.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. Deposits, booking fees, or cancellation/no-show charges may apply when disclosed during booking or on the applicable appointment confirmation.

Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Jelly Mobile Detailing will not be treated as a customer no-show.

10. Payment

Unless another arrangement has been approved in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, and approved electronic payment methods.

Returned payments, chargebacks, collection costs, or other payment problems may be subject to applicable fees and recovery costs permitted by law.

Commercial accounts may be governed by separate invoicing and payment terms.

11. Photos & Documentation

Jelly Mobile Detailing may photograph or record the vehicle before, during, and after service for inspection, condition documentation, quality control, estimates, and dispute prevention.

We feature service results publicly only with your separate permission. The optional Share the results choice is separate from service documentation and does not affect your service. A blank choice or No thanks does not give marketing permission. Approved photos exclude names, faces and readable plates.

12. Personal Property

Customers should remove personal belongings before service. Jelly Mobile Detailing is not responsible for items left inside a vehicle unless loss or damage results directly from our proven negligence.

Items that must be moved to perform the detail may be placed in a reasonable location inside the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.

13. Right to Refuse or Stop Service

Jelly Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue work when we reasonably believe the requested service cannot be performed safely, legally, effectively, or without an unreasonable risk of damage.

14. Commercial & Specialty Work

Dealership, fleet, aircraft, marine, RV, recurring-account, pickup/delivery, paint-correction, coating, or other specialty work may be subject to additional written terms, insurance requirements, facility rules, access procedures, payment arrangements, or service authorizations.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the separate written agreement controls for that service.

15. Questions Before Booking

If anything about the vehicle, service, location, pricing, or these policies is unclear, contact Jelly Mobile Detailing before the appointment. We would rather answer the question beforehand than have a misunderstanding on service day.
